What recovery does — and does not — do
Reopens your workspace
One click on the recovery link and you are back in your Green Dot cabinet, streak intact, friends intact, subscription intact.
Signs out every other device
Recovery ends all previous sessions. Every browser signed in to your Green Dot account before the recovery is signed out immediately.
Does not change your streak
Recovery is a session refresh, not a reset. Your solved boards, badges and statistics are untouched.
Does not read your inbox
We send you an email. We never receive one. GreenDotPlay does not connect to your mail provider — we only trust that a valid link click means the mailbox owner is present.
